Call Park improves call handling efficiency and the customer experience.
By parking a call, you are placing the caller on their own extension in our Cloud system. By doing this, you are freeing up your phone so you can access other features that can help you solve the customer’s enquiry – without dropping their call.
Alternatively, you can use Call Park to park a call for another employee or department. By giving the call its own extension, anyone in the company can dial the extension and pick up the call.
