Call Screening lets you identify every caller before you answer the phone.

By prompting callers to announce their name or identity information before the call connects, this feature can provide an important extra level of screening.

With immediate access to caller information, you can decide whether to answer, send to voicemail or forward to another employee or department.

Call Screening also gives you the option to set rules such as blocking specific area codes or callers without ID. You can even block all calls except for certain numbers.
